Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saxena
Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Saxena is a distinguished retired IOFS officer and technocrat with over 35 years of leadership in India’s defence manufacturing sector. An IIT Kanpur M.Tech, MDI Gurgaon MBA, and PhD from BITS Pilani, he has held senior roles including CMD and Director (Finance/Operations) of Troop Comforts Ltd (Defence PSU), Director of the National Academy of Defence Production, and Director/Head of HRD, Strategy, R&D, and Quality at the Ordnance Factory Board.
His career reflects a rare blend of technical depth, policy insight, and institution-building, with proven impact in public sector reform, defence capability development, and organizational transformation. At NADP, he modernized curricula, advanced faculty development, and introduced competency-driven training frameworks that strengthened leadership pipelines. His contributions span vendor rating systems, MRP modules, quality benchmarking, and innovation-led operational excellence.
Respected for navigating complex operational and strategic challenges, Dr. Saxena has represented India internationally, earned commendations from the Ministry of Defence, and contributed significantly to national capability building.
Padmavathy D Kothandaraman
Padmavathy D Kothandaraman is a seasoned transformation leader with 30 years of experience driving technology and operations excellence in the multinational banking sector. A graduate of the College of Engineering Guindy, Anna University, with an MBA from Anna University, she is passionate about continuous learning and holds certifications in Agile, DevOps, SAFe, Product Ownership, and Leadership with AI.
Her expertise spans technology strategy, portfolio management, business agility, DevOps uplift, process transformation, enterprise operations, trade finance, and learning. She has established Centres of Excellence, scaled high-performing GCC teams, and led complex digital transformations for global banking clients, while strengthening internal capability through vendor collaboration.
A strong advocate of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Padmavathy has won industry recognition for embedding these values into organizational culture. As Co-Founder of Aikyaveda, she is committed to ethical, efficient, and sustainable transformation, empowering organizations to achieve measurable, future-ready outcomes.
Dr. Komal Prasad
Dr. Komal Prasad is a senior neurosurgeon trained at the Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology (SCTIMST), Thiruvananthapuram. A rank holder from Mysore Medical College, his commitment to affordable healthcare began at Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Hubli, and continued through his senior residency at JIPMER, Puducherry.
He holds an Executive MBA and distinguished diplomas in Hospital & Healthcare Management (PGDHHM) and Medical Law & Ethics (PGDMLE) from NLSIU, Bengaluru. A Principal Assessor with NABH, Quality Council of India, he served on its Technical Committee revising national hospital accreditation standards, and was on the Executive Committee of the Young Neurosurgeons’ Forum, WFNS.
A Lean Six Sigma professional, he has engaged with CII’s UK Healthcare Mission, advises at the Mazumdar Shaw Innovation Center, and studied Design Thinking at Stanford. He has certifications from IIM Bangalore and ISB.
With 20 years at Narayana Health, he has led postgraduate neurosurgical training and established services at Health City, Cayman Islands. His interests span AI and robotics in medicine, neurovascular and neuro-oncology surgery, minimally invasive and robot-assisted spinal surgery, as well as Advaita Vedanta and consciousness studies.
